Previously Forbeats used Act! to record and manage their clients and suppliers’ opportunities and orders, but found the platform cumbersome, limiting, and difficult to work with, as well as having continuous integration issues with Outlook. With the business expanding and with Covid-19 making it necessary for staff to be spread out over the UK, it was important to establish a platform that would operate as a single go-to place, for all data and communication. With Dynamics 365 Sales Professional cloud-based CRM all remote working staff would gain insights into data updating in real-time, as well as address enquiries directly.
It had to be cost-effective and configurable enough to be able to cater to their custom requirements. The platform had to work on Macintosh computers with tight integration with Outlook, as well as driving users through a process to ensure rapid and efficient responses.
They were looking for a solution that would speed up processes, make generating quotes simple and keep opportunities visible. Previously Forbeats did not have a simple way of checking back in with an Opportunity, as they would have to check emails, and CRM separately for details.
Being a sub-contractor with an extensive product offering, they needed their pricing structure assessable and updatable, so quotes could be generated immediately after client contact.

From the beginning the team at Inturi were brilliant, they migrated our data. We simply sent over an excel sheet, which we cleaned up a bit, and it was uploaded on to Dynamics 365 Sales Professional in no time – in both accounts and products.
Since going live, the small amendments that we have needed have been dealt with immediately. For example, we have had bespoke account titles added in Relationship Types so we can now filter more easily.
Although we had Microsoft 365 and Outlook, new software is still alien so there is a learning curve. Our walk-through by Lauryn gave us the confidence to immediately get started using the system and she has given us a follow-up call recently to check everything is going okay. We also know we can be in touch if we need anything.
Why did you choose Inturi?
As we were using Microsoft 365 and Outlook we reached out to Microsoft and asked if there was anyone they would recommend. We have not met the team live, due in part to Covid-19, but there was no real necessity as we received multiple video calls which were informative and assured us of the capabilities of the platform.
The Dynamics 365 healthcare vertical and has everything we need, meaning that it can be configured to a bespoke structure for us. In addition, all system updates from Microsoft will automatically transfer to our cloud-based CRM
The new system allows branches to receive all feedback from the surveys in real-time.
