Connecting your team with Teams

In 2019 Teams had 20M users, and now in 2021 there are 145M users. Microsoft have recognised the importance of Teams and this year at Microsoft Ignite, they announced new advances for the Teams app which will integrate it further into our workflows. 

People rely on Teams to call, chat, meet and collaborate, so Teams in reality, has become the new front end. Since Covid 19 Microsoft have dramatically advanced the capabilities of the Teams environment as they understand the future Teams represents in a hybrid working world. The below video demonstrates how a Sales team can communicate more effectively, staying in the Teams App to successfully close a sale. 

Teams vs Email streams

Email streams are error prone. MS Business Applications CVP Alysa Taylor demonstrates how easy it is to share and work on data in Teams.

The main capability that will revolutionise hybrid working, is that Teams is now integrated with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Teams has 300 new features

In the video you’ll see how Teams now integrates with OneNote, Outlook and White board. You can also tap into new layouts in Rooms, including Front Row, which has galleries at the bottom of the screen so remote participants can be face to face with those in the room.
