In 2019 Teams had 20M users, and now in 2021 there are 145M users. Microsoft have recognised the importance of Teams and this year at Microsoft Ignite, they announced new advances for the Teams app which will integrate it further into our workflows.

Since Covid 19 Microsoft have dramatically advanced the capabilities of the Teams environment as they understand the future Teams represents in a hybrid working world.
