Can I reduce manual handling when dealing with customers?

Customer voice surveys can be sent before the job begins to forward plan by asking location details, parking options, required health and safety policies and Covid-19 restrictions.

They can also be automated to be sent on completion, ensuring timely feed-back, so any complaints are highlighted quickly and/or positive experiences can be used for testimonials and staff morale.

Apps can be created for use on engineers mobile devices, to enable customers to sign-off on the completion of tasks on-site.

How do I keep track of communication across sites?

All communication from apps, surveys and calls, whether on or off-site will automatically update the cloud-based CRM. Dashboards can be created by drag and drop, so all communication can be seen in chronological order.

Customer service will gain a 360-degree view of all, updated in real-time.

Can I reduce my use of spreadsheets?

Manual handling can be reduced by automating repetitive tasks (using Azure), for example, on job completion and sign-off – accounts departments can be alerted to action invoicing.

Is a cloud-based platform secure and GDPR compliant?

Any systems and portals you have, even legacy systems, once integrated with Dynamics 365 as their hub, will benefit from Microsoft’s secure network.

UK based servers conform to GDPR and regular updates sent directly from Microsoft to your platform will keep you operational 24/7.

Could I take advantage from GEO location?

Is D365 scalable?

D365 is easily scalable as the Licences you’ll need for your staff, for example, are bought and can be cancelled on a month by month basis – these can be as little as £7.50p/m.
