Will using legacy systems complicate data handling?

Using Dynamics 365 as the ‘umbrella’, with legacy systems integrated into it, will mean D365 can push and pull data, giving you and your staff access to a 360-degree view of patients in ‘real-time’ – on one dashboard.

My practice is growing, can I scale my Patient management system?

Dynamics 365 is easily scalable and the beauty is that you only pay for what you use, as it’s based on API.

Also as you add to your team of professionals, you can buy more licenses for them to access the CRM, these can be as little as £7.50p/m.

Licenses are bought and cancelled on a monthly basis, so it’s no problem add Locum staff.

Reduce administration tasks using a portal?

Patients and staff can use a portal to upload or adjust their information from any device – mobile, tablet or Mac/PC – reducing administration time. 

Portals can be skinned to look like part of your website but are protected by Microsoft’s security measures and permission-based access. 

Reduce administration tasks using Power Automate?

Inturi will work with you to identifying tasks that are repetitive. For example, Many prescriptions per day are sent to the chemist, these could have an element of automation. On completion of creating the prescription, you could have an option to auto-generate an email with the attachment, rather than having to spend time writing and attaching.

Is it possible to migrate existing data?

Migration can be achieved successfully using CSV files. We also partner with RedWare who are experts in data migration.

Collaborate with other staff, when shift working?

Teams can be used for communication as group chats can be formed and information passed on. Files can be created from the Teams dashboard, with the origin document backed up automatically in  SharePoint. SharePoint enables collaboration as multiple parties can work on the same document, avoiding duplication of content, with the edits clearly shown.

 

Can I get a 360-degree view?

Dynamics 365 has been designed for the healthcare vertical. Even with a legacy system integrated, D365 will ‘pull’ the records you need, from the avenues you need, concisely and in ‘real-time’, giving your staff a 360-degree view of patients.

Will Dynamics 365 future-proof my practice?

Microsoft are committed to providing updates, and more and more enhanced security measures, for their CRM offering.
