Is a cloud platform GDPR compliant?

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is compliant with GDPR and is hosted on the European cloud.

Can I integrate with LinkedIn?

With D365 Licences you will only pay for what you use, as the majority are based on consumption rate (API) – so SMB businesses will not pay the same as Enterprise level.
